  Locate your original sales receipt or online order confirmation email to serve as proof of purchase for the transaction.

  Submit a Request

  Bring the item directly to our Mississauga storefront or contact our support team online to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
